Where can I buy SabiChic products?
You can purchase SabiChic products on Hudson's Bay, TSC, Etsy, On the Dance Floor Boutique and Danznik Studios. 
Can I use more than one promo or discount code on the same order?
Only one promotional or discount code can be used per order. 
What currencies can I use?
All items and order totals on our website are shown in Canadian dollars but SabiChic accepts payments both in USD and CAD.
What types of payments does SabiChic accept?
SabiChic accepts payments both in USD and CAD. In addition to our regular checkout, we offer express checkouts with Shop Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. 
Can I wholesale your bags?
If you are looking to carry SabiChic totes in your store, please contact hello@sabichic.ca for any wholesale inquiries. 
ORDERS
How can I customize an order?
All bags have a monogram option on the product page. Please include notes to seller on the checkout page with the name you want monogrammed on your bag. 
Can I cancel my order?
Please contact us as at hello@sabichic.ca within 24 hours if you would like to cancel the order. We process orders quickly so we cannot guarantee the cancellation, but we'll do our best. 
Can I change my order?

Can I return a item that has been personalized with a monogram?
At this time we do not accept returns of monogrammed products.
I entered the wrong address, What should I do?
Contact hello@sabichic.ca immediately. In some cases, we may be able to change the address for you if your order hasn't already been processed. 
My order never arrived.
All orders are sent with tracking information. Please refer to your tracking number for status updates on your order. SabiChic is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.

Which countries do you ship to?
SabiChic ships across North America and internationally. 
How early do I need to order for the holidays?
The last day to order in Canada and the United States is December 12th to guarantee delivery before Chistmas.  
Where do you ship from? Where is SabiChic located?
SabiChic is proudly Canadian and ships all products from Toronto, Ontario. 
Can I pickup my order?
Local orders may be picked up within the Greater Toronto Area. Please select pick up as an option at checkout. 
How can I check the status or track my order?
All online orders will be sent with shipping and tracking information for your convenience.  
How long does shipping take?
All orders are generally processed within 24-48 hours. Standard shipping takes anywhere from 3-9 business days and express shipping takes between 1-2 business days. Remote locations may take longer.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please send pictures of your order to hello@sabichic.ca. Once reviewed, we will send you a replacement.

How should I care for my neoprene bags?
Our neoprene bags can be machine washed on a gentle cycle in cold water with a gentle detergent. Make sure to air dry the item before use. A simple lint roller is the best way to remove surface dust and dirt. 
Are your bags water-resistant?
Neoprene is water resistant.
